User error. 2. Stale /usr/obj data. 3. User error. ;) I've been rebuilding a test machine here, minimum once per week and often once per day, tracking -STABLE, and so far the only breakage I have had was from failure to read /usr/src/UPDATING. Never caught by stale object data (even with the ipfilter move to contrib), zero failure rate.
