I have a similar video adapter memory reporting issue on my Diamond
Viper 770 Ultra, an NVidia TNT2 Ultra card:

VESA: v3.0, 16320k memory, flags:0x1, mode table:0xc02c3222 (1000022)
VESA: NVidia

pci1: <PCI bus> on pcib1
pci1: <NVidia Riva TNT2 graphics accelerator> at 0.0 irq 10

The card actually has 32768k on board.
