with 
MD5 (2.2.9-RELEASE.iso) = fba4c8fa17bf9d8210a0989ca6cc57f9
perhaps appending your text summary above to eg
ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/i386/ISO-IMAGES/2.2.9/README
