irrespective of religious wars about other servers, i do not advise a move
of the default to bind9 too quickly.  one would hate to have too many
surprises.  the way to do it would be to warn folk some months in advance
and let them test with the version in ports to prepare.  bind9 also has
problems on very high-load servers.
