Hello everyone, FreeBSD was in the middle of make-ing a port (kterm) when all of a sudden the computer rebooted (any ideas why?). Now when I try to get FBSD going again it says: ..... /dev/rwd1s2e: BAD SUPER BLOCK: VALUES IN SUPER BLOCK DISAGREE WITH THOSE IN FIRST ALTERNATE /dev/rwd1s2e: UNEXPECTED INCONSISTENCY; RUN fsck MANUALLY .... running fsck in sh leads to the same announcement, plus: pid 15(fsck), uid 0: exited on signal 8 Floating exception Is there any hope of fixing this slice (my /usr)? Thanks, Gerard.
