Message-ID: MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: TEXT/PLAIN; charset=US-ASCII Sender: owner-freebsd-questions@FreeBSD.ORG Precedence: bulk X-Loop: FreeBSD.ORG Hello all, I need to force a 3COM 905 into 10Mb/HD mode. I have tried the following: "ifconfig xl0 -media 10baseT/UTP -mediaopt half-duplex" and it keeps sticking the interface at 100Mb/FD with an error saying that "not a valid media" :/ I had seen mention of a util on FBSD's site that said it would make it go into this mode, but it seems silly that I can't force it into that mode when Windows can do it! Any help is appriciated, Sabre To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
