I understood that you did a lot of nice work in the past, but I am still very surprised by the tone and way you describe your emails, and how you respond to people. I am not sure what caused this, but if you feel griefed, please get rid of that in a different way. The thing you are creating now is getting people (like me, I admit) getting against you. I am still very worried about the way you are handling this, and I would like to see our developers to being able to communicate with submitters so that a nice solution that works for everyone can be found. With your current tone and voice, we have a long way to go. It seems to me you want to get this resolved, so please help me and 'friendl-fy' your tone, so that people are actually willing to look into the things you describe.
