Did you upgrade your ports WITHOUT updating /usr/share/mk/?

Get the upgrade package (or just cvsup the source distribution and
manually move the files over).

For the upgrade package:

pkg_add
ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/packages-stable/Latest/227upgrade.tgz

(all on one line of course)
