The new port pgp5 seems infact to be 2.6.3is (For europeans).
Infact diff between /usr/ports/pgp/Makefile and
/usr/ports/pgp5/Makefile gives no difference. Someone probably made
a mistake with the port.

cd /usr/ports/pgp5 ; make install
