apache13-ssl is based on SSLeay, and, AFAIK gives you a
version of Apache with SSL but not as a module, while
apache13-modssl gives you an SSL module. Both depend on
Openssl. I could be wrong with this!

I don't really know what the differences are to the "casual
webmaster", and I can't remember why I stuck for -modssl
instead of -ssl either.
