(This fixes the bug that sysinstall applies wrong keymaps from keymap menu. For example, if you selected 'US Ctrl <-> CapsLock', sysinstall applied DVORAK keymap without this patch. I have to be away from net for two days from now. So, If this patch causes serious problem, please fix it. I can't touch CVS repo. and perhaps I can't read e-mails until 4.4-RELEASE is released.
