The log from ipfw looks like this --> ct 1 01:49:20 fire /kernel: ipfw: 200 Accept TCP 10.0.0.1:1227 10.0.0.10:22 in via xl0 Oct 1 01:49:21 fire /kernel: ipfw: 200 Accept TCP 10.0.0.10:22 10.0.0.1:1227 out via xl0 Oct 1 01:49:21 fire /kernel: ipfw: 200 Accept UDP 10.0.0.1:1239 193.216.1.10:53 in via xl0 Oct 1 01:49:21 fire /kernel: ipfw: 200 Accept UDP 10.0.0.1:1239 193.216.69.10:53 in via xl0 Oct 1 01:49:21 fire /kernel: ipfw: 200 Accept UDP 0.0.0.0:1239 193.216.1.10:53 out via isp0 Oct 1 01:49:21 fire /kernel: ipfw: 200 Accept UDP 0.0.0.0:1239 193.216.69.10:53 out via isp0 Oct 1 01:49:21 fire /kernel: ipfw: 200 Accept TCP 10.0.0.1:1227 10.0.0.10:22 in via xl0 Oct 1 01:49:21 fire /kernel: ipfw: 200 Accept TCP 10.0.0.10:22 10.0.0.1:1227 out via xl0 Looks like I'm not getting an IP assigned? And also.. to get "ispppconfig_isp0...." to work in rc.conf I had to edit rc.network :) So I guess if you install the 0.95 drivers you dont have to change "spppconfig_isp0..." to "ispppconfig_isp0...". (But maybe this will change in releases greater then FreeBSD 4.1.1-STABLE) isdnd is also complaining about something --> Oct 1 01:49:18 fire /kernel: i4b-L4 i4b_l4_setup_timeout_fix_unit: 970357758: ERROR: idletime[300]+earlyhup[5] > unitlength[60]! Anyone know if there's a bug in the new isdnd (0.95) deamon? I added these lines to /etc/isdn/isdnrc ppp-auth-paranoid = no ppp-send-auth = pap ppp-send-name = ********* ppp-send-password = ********* ppp-expect-name = "none" and expected a output like this -> su-2.03# ispppcontrol isp0 isp0: phase=establish myauthproto=pap myauthname="********" hisauthproto=pap hisauthname="none" callin idle_time=1209 lcp timeout: 3.000 s enable_vj: on su-2.03# but got this -> su-2.03# ispppcontrol isp0 isp0: phase=establish hisauthproto=pap hisauthname="**********" callin idle_time=1296 lcp timeout: 3.000 s enable_vj: on su-2.03# >I'd really like to get this into some sort of >HOW-TO/FAQ.
