You can check out UFS Explorer, which claims to be able to r/w UFS partitions
from Windows: http://www.ufsexplorer.com/index.php

I haven't tried it yet, but the project ntfs-3g looks like a promising attempt
to r/w NTFS partitions: http://www.ntfs-3g.org/
