The wholesale collection of data is highly illegal in most countries outside of the US so it would most certainly be opt in. Before it could work though the list of master sites would have to be divvied up to the various geographical regions and code put in place select a master site from a region, and fall back to the next nearest region (prioritization from each of the regions). Having it automatically determined or having a statistical sampling of who's getting what would be the icing on the cake and the last bit, but it's that last bit that's practically useful to the project and my goal. > If you're not interested in my proposal (and if you're not, no > problem) let me know and I'll move forward with some sample code > myself.
