Perforce, Inc. has updated the distfiles on their FTP site (again),
which breaks the devel/perforce port.

>How-To-Repeat:

	# pkg_create -b perforce-06.1_3,1
	# portupgrade -vu -N -f perforce

This should fail with an error about checksum and size mismatches in the
port distfiles.

>Fix:

The following patch updates the port distinfo files.  I'm not sure if
the PORTEPOCH variable should be bumped too in the Makefile, but I did
it locally and it seems to work ok :)
