Updated patch

I thought that's how PORTREVISION worked based upon my interpretation of the
docs, but the last time I submitted a patch, I was told that any time a lib=
rary
has its major soversion bumped, PORTREVISION should be bumped, even if the
package version is also bumped. That didn't make sense to me, but who was I=
 to
argue?

Updated the patch to remove PORTREVISION, thanks!
