This port is for the client component. It includes a backup daemon and a command-line control/configuration tool. Optionally, it can be build with a GTK2 tray ic= on GUI. I previously opened a PR for the server component (not yet committed): https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=3D225148 The port passes portlint and passes poudriere testport.
