Basically by reverting the logic,
None of mesa/nvidia provides libGL.so.1, but .nvidia/libGL.so.1 and equival=
ent
for mesa. post-install is taking care of putting the right libGL.so.1 and
pre-install takes care of cleaning up as needed.
