I was skimming the HA docs the other day and noticed that it did seem to ha=
ve
support for installing it's dependencies at runtime in a local lib director=
y in
the data folder. It appeared to support this only if it didn't detect it was
installed in a virtual env. It made me think maybe one doesn't need to pack=
age
it as a venv at all! That'd bring the dependencies down to just the core on=
es
which strikes me as a possibility.

I'm hoping to fiddle with it this weekend and see if that's possible. I'll =
also
need to dig up links too, sorry for the lackluster comment!
