is I can add a number of users to NT with a GUI quickly. 
	I had a colour by numbers book once.. it was pretty neat. Then when my
cognitive skills developed
I learned to draw on my own.

	Yes, there was one in the early stages. However when it become a more
advanced OS they sold the idea to M$.
