You don't need to install jextract/runtime/legal/ that is all part of openj=
dk,
it is just copied there as part of building that java copy, same for
jextract/runtime/lib/security/ and jextract/runtime/conf/

As we use the jar directly, we probably don't need the later steps of the b=
uild
process and using  jar  as gradles target instead of verify should be enoug=
ht
and  reduce needless copying
