Um, I've been hearing a lot of these things lately, but portlint was
never intended to be, and will never be, a replacement of the
handbook.

It is just for checking errors or typos that can be easily found
without human invention -- all ports committers are expected to
memorize every single sentence in the handbook's "porting" section
(ok, maybe not, but at least consult it).
