I have a bit of an annoying problem with my FreeBSD 1.1.5.1 box.. Several times a day under load of about 10-12 users (running mainly vi for UN*X tutorials) it falls over, with the following error: vm_page_unhold: hold count < 0!!! and goes into panic mode!! The machine is a 486DX2 (Award BIOS) at 66MHz with 16Mb of RAM and a 540 Mb Conner CFS540R HDD (IDE). I/O card is a VESA bus job, as is the Video card, ET-4000. The network card is an SC 8003EPC, at the usual settings. Does any one have any clues to the majorlly inconveniant (spell?) problem???? Thank Youz all! Aaron Elliott, CS&IT.
