I'm hoping to have this worked out by myself soon. Previous install worked fine. http://slexy.org/view/s2rIrT6CIK xorg.conf http://slexy.org/view/s2rIrT6CIK Xorg.0.log The screwups: mach64 to ati and back a few times, reference_clock back and forth between 29.5 and 28.686, not listing vendor name, not listing model name, & switching between 1280x1024 and 1024x768. I'm sure someone will find humor and irony in this email. Either that or I'll get the "You sent spam" message.
