adam, could you please not write replies at the top relevant to the
quoted text?  otherwise, that gets in the way of following a thread
& replying; thus discourages replies altogether.

only other thing i can think of is the md5 checksum of Wraphelp.c.
below is mine.  does it matches to yours Wraphelp.c?

# md5 xc/Wraphelp.c
MD5 (xc/Wraphelp.c) = 93bae6600ee76c5bfdfa50b88523d879

...if it doesn't you need to find one which does.  then again,
problem may be somewhere else...
