at what point does it restart? have you tried answering the question Boot: with the responce: -s this will make it try boot single user.. (maintenance mode) what hardware do you have onit? is there also a scsi disk? or a IDE? what are the last things you see on the screen before it reboots? how about "Cannot Mount root".. do you see that message?
