OK.  This should work with 4.0's ed driver, UNLESS it happens to be a
newer card that has an MAC address that the driver doesn't grok.
Newer versions of the driver removed the hard coded list of ethernet
mac address ranges that it supports.  I think this has been MFC'd, but
I'm not positive.
