Watchout!  Make sure you pass the 0x80010 flags to ed(4).  Plus
you either need -CURRENT for successful media probing or the
external fa_select(8) tool which can be found at daemonnews.  PR
misc/25147 tells you how to make things work automagically in
-STABLE (but you have to hardcode your wire speed / media type in
your pccard conf file since I couldn't come up with something
better at this time -- maybe the -CURRENT code should be MFCed or
brought to fa_select to not force some mode but determine correct
settings).
