I'm sorry Pamela, I don't get your point. I get my pricing from ISPCHAT,
these guys are not fat cat salespeople, they are actuallt our support people
at Bell.
Why would they behave in the fashion that you described?...., I mean, in
theory there is no reason for that...

How many Clec's do you think there are with "Excess Capacity" and marketing
people refusing to sell it ?  How many colo's are vacant but, the sales guy
wants that one big sale, so no discounts? We see it all the time. Sales &
Marketing (Price Fixers) have driven many  a CLEC to bankruptcy.

On another note: Tommorrow I think is the day the CRTC is supposed to issue
a ruling on the fee's Clec's pay to ILec's. Should be interesting.
