This means that sio1 (COM2 in the DOS world) wasn't found.  If this is a
Plug&Pray modem, try setting it's jumpers to force COM2 or set the PnP OS
setting in your BIOS to `none'.

1. Copy the package to your FreeBSD slice using mtools or mount_msdos.
Restore the filename.
2.  pkg_add package-x.y.tgz
