It's a very old card so I think that some tricks is possible...

This is the problem: I'm trying to understand, as a newbies, how to search
information on a specific topic.

Not having messed with
ISDN cards (cost of ISDN in OZ is criminal)

Here in Italy is a good choice... now (waiting for ADSL)
