You also need append string like this:
{ USB_VENDOR_MOTOROLA2, USB_PRODUCT_MOTOROLA2_A41XV32X, ANY,
{ UQ_ASSUME_CM_OVER_DATA }},
but with your VID/PID to usb_quirks struct in file usb_quirks.c
and then recompile kernel, because usb_quirks.c compiling with usb
device and usb device by default in kernel.
