Right or wrong... I do the following and it works.

make deinstall
cd /usr/ports/devel/libltdl15
make deinstall
libltdl_cv_sys_dlopen_deplibs= yes
export libltdl_cv_sys_dlopen_deplibs
cd /usr/ports/devel/libltdl15
make clean
make install clean
cd /usr/ports/lang/guile
make clean
make install clean
###
The above script assumes you have gnucash installed "properly" and are
suffering from the slow startups.
