Ummm... I don't need to add WITH_SPELLCHECK, because it's right there and  
disabled by default. I learned from one of blog when I searched for google  
about spell check in epiphany and I found this.

Just enter 'about:config' in url and put 'spell' in filter, change from 0  
to 1. It works.
