There actually is a way to make bootable ISOs for 11th gen dell servers. *"Platform Specific Bootable ISOs are not available for PowerEdge 11G or PowerEdge C servers. If you require a Bootable ISO, Dell EMC Repository Manager (DRM) can be used to create a Smart Bootable ISO for these platforms. For full details on how to use the Dell EMC Repository Manager please consult this article."* FYI I have tried setting up the DRM before and couldn't get it to work. It's not worth the trouble imo.
