Please provide more information on what hardware your system has, what your kernel configuration contains, the exact commands you use to update your system, and anything else that you think is related to your problems. The exact messages you are seeing when your system panics would be nice too. Also, don't mail freebsd-bugs directly. Use the send-pr command of your system to submit bug reports.
