I haven't had a chance to try X again yet (I'm at work, it's at home). But one thing I noticed is that the above repo doesn't appear to contain the ctwm window manager (which I've been using since about 1995 and am reluctant to change). Can I simply go into the /usr/ports/x11-wm/ctwm directory and do a 'make install'? Or could this mess things up? Thanks Bob -- Bob Willcox | In real love you want the other person's good.
