It was directly after the quoted part.
Not a bug, but non thinking persons.
I just don't want anyone to ever boot anything else than serial.
Just make it absolutely impossible to avoid accidents.
It's a "don't even think about graphics" configuration for servers.
And believe me - in some situations that's a major optimization
from the maintenance standpoint.

I don't get your point why I would ever need a graphical console on a
machine which is intended to run on serial.
