Oh, ho, he's got you, Nate!  That one utility is used to install all the
binaries on the system.  8-).

What Richard say he wants to change will affect how you build every
binary on the system (he's already said it's mostly .mk files).

I'm with Jordan on this one (but you should still add -p to install
for suid programs and header file "builds" no matte what happens).
