Nope.  It's only that gated on a 4.4BSD derived system is installed
under /usr/local/sbin.  You can as well put /usr/local/sbin at the end
of your PATH line in /etc/rc.  I just did it today (on a 1.1.5
machine), and it worked fine after this.
