This means that the the install raced past the root floppy (which in,
tape installs, has to come to from floppy).  This is not only a bug,
but flawed reasoning since there's really nothing that stops me from
getting the root floppy from tape (nor should it zing past it when I
try).  Ok, I'll fix it - thanks!
