No.

What you have specified is:
	Enable all yp passwd map entries
	Override the password with `*'
	Override the uid with 0
	Override the gid with 0
	Override the expiration time with 0
	Override the password change time with 0

What you want is:

+:::::::::

Which means:
	Enable all yp passwd map entries
