	yes the 2-4 hour delay is a drag.  and hitting multiple lists may 
get at least one copy there faster.  

	i have plans to segment the lists into the fast hosts and the 
slow hosts, then user bulk_mailer on each sub_list.  no point in 
punishing all for the circumstances of some list members.  peter wemm and 
i have discussed one method already and i have another brewing in the 
back of my mind...a very fetid place ;)
