No; you can only run 100Mbps over UTP (It's possible on Cat 3 UTP, but 
preferred on Cat 5) or on fiber.  There are a few really good fast 
ethernet FAQs on web sites, I'd encourage you to dig one of them up.  (I 
don't remember the URL, sorry. :)
