Funny you mention this - I was just looking at Coda tonight :-) It looks like the source is available for both the server and client. It's based on AFS 2, with some interesting additions. It lacks some of the features of later versions of AFS, but I would say that it's a pretty good free replacement for AFS. Mind you, I haven't actually tried _using_ it :-) --Ken
