If you still have problems with internat, please contact one of the following addresses: hostmaster@internat.freebsd.org markm@freebsd.org (mark@grondar.za) jhay@mikom.csir.co.za The uninet (to which the CSIR is connected) got a 1Mbit link through SAIX and Alternet to the USA last week.
