It's derrived from your kernel config file. Did you specify something
like:

device          psm0    at isa? port "IO_KBD" conflicts tty irq 12 vector psmi

rather than:

device          psm0    at isa? port "IO_KBD" conflicts tty irq 12 vector psmintr

?
