Make sure you are installing 2.1.5.  Then make sure the IDE controllers
(denoted 'wdc') are configured properly.  THen your cd should be detected.
If not, try moving it between the IDE channels.

Eh?  2.1.5 is the most current revision, and the CD isn't due for another
week or two.
