Do:

ncftp ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/FreeBSD-current/ports/net/
get ucd-snmp.tar.gz
quit
tar -zxf ucd-snmp.tar.gz
cd ucd-snmp
make
su
make install
exit
