The problem was that I did not notice when you put a (wrong :-)) version in the Makefile. The previous version was 1.26 (It is displayed in the 'about' box when you launch the program). I could set the version number to 2.5 in the program, but only ~4 lines changed between 1.26 and 1.27... If this is really annoying, then just replace 1.27 by 2.5 in the makefile.
